We ship all new orders across the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Military APO/FPO, and US Territory addresses. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Contiguous US: Ground shipping is free for orders over $99, and $9.95 for all orders under $99 within the contiguous United States.
Alaska and Hawaii: USPS Priority shipping service options will be presented at checkout based on the weight & dimensions of all items in the cart, starting at $9.95.
Military APO/FPO & US Territories: USPS Priority Mail shipping service will be presented at checkout based on the weight & dimensions of all items in the cart, starting at $9.95.
Order volumes fluctuate, so your order will ship within 2-5 business days from the day it was placed. Due to high order volume around new product launches, and promotions, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process. We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available.
The fulfillment time provided is an estimate and is not included in the shipment time. If you would like to receive more tracking details on your package, sign up for informed delivery with USPS! Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. If your order has still not arrived after 7 days, please reach out to us at info@thebillplanner.com with your order number for assistance.
If your package is marked as "in-transit" and has no updates after 7 days, please reach out to us at info@thebillplanner.com with your order number for assistance.
To help secure your order, you have the option of adding low-cost shipping insurance to your order with Route.
We want you to be happy with your purchase at The Bill Planner. You may return unused, non-downloadable merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, shipping and processing fees are non-refundable at this time.
Our customer happiness team will provide you with a return merchandise authorization code (RMA) to return items. All items must be returned in new condition, and in their original packaging. Should you need to return your apparel, the original tags must be attached, and in resellable condition (no stains, unwashed & unworn). Credits for returned items will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Credit will be issued within 7 days of the date that the return is accepted by our Warehouse Team.
